1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing purepeptideslab.net and purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use this website or place any order. Refined Peptide reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
2. Research Use Only
ALL products sold by Refined Peptide are supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are NOT intended for, and must NOT be used for, human or veterinary consumption. They are NOT medicines and are NOT intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are a qualified researcher or scientific professional; (b) the compounds will be used solely for legitimate research purposes; (c) you will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional guidelines governing the acquisition, storage, handling, and use of research compounds in your jurisdiction.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. Our products are not for sale to members of the general public for personal use. We reserve the right to cancel any order where we reasonably believe these eligibility requirements are not met.
4. Product Information
All product descriptions, specifications, and Certificates of Analysis are provided in good faith for informational purposes. Refined Peptide makes no representations as to the suitability of any compound for any specific research application. Researchers are responsible for independently verifying the suitability of any compound for their intended use.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in Great British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept payment by credit/debit card and bank transfer.
6. Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 2 working days of payment confirmation. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Refined Peptide accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party couriers, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of research compounds and quality control requirements, we do not accept returns of opened or used products. Damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied items will be replaced at no charge provided we are notified within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. Contact research@purepeptideslab.net.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Refined Peptide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) the use or misuse of any product; (b) reliance on product information provided on this website; (c) any unauthorised use of products for human consumption. Our total liability in any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and data, is the property of Refined Peptide or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
